This is a exciting news for me, Thanksgiving will come, which means I will have a vocation. I wait the vocation have long time, because I can put off my schoolbag, going to travel with my friends. I want to have a good trip, so I should make a schedule about this trip.

After talk about this trip with my friends, we take 500 dollars each person in this trip. we decided to Chicago. Because, in this vocation we just have five days, Chicago is nearby our city and it is the largest city in north of Amercia. Then we should select transportation, we want to trip by plane, but it expensive for us, we can hardly to afford the round-trip tickets, so we select trip by train, it cheap and we can see the scenery on the way. We search the trian tickets, it about 50 dollars single tickets, so we should us 100 dallars on transportation. The important thing is we should find hotel to live, we found hifton garden evanston, it 111 dollars per night, but we can have 4 people in one room, so we should pay 28 dollars per night, it is a reasonable price. we have enough leavings money to shopping, playing and dining.

That all, this is my first time to plan my trip. So, I'm very exciting, I think it will be a interesting trip.

My Dormitory

As I know, most of students want to live off compus, they want to rent a apartment and decorate it very beautiful. But, on the contrary, they should obey the school system, they have to live on compus in the first year. So I live in Akers, it was arranged by school.

I think I'm very luck, because my dormitory should live four students, but from now on, we just lived three students. They are very friendly, one of them comes from China, which is same to me. The other is a local. The important thing is that, we own a extreme large space, we can put some furniture in study room. I like my dormitory not only we have a large space, but also my dormitory is very convenient. Let me introduce my dormitory, there is abathroom and a big study room. It is different from other dormitory, some students shuold share the bath room with their neighbor, so that ,sometimes it is not convenient.

On the other hand, I can keep well relation with my roomates, we play x-box and talk each other when we free. Every evening, we do not play too late, we always sleep at tweleve o'clock. It is a prodigious different with other dormitory. As I konw, some students playing until midnight, so they can't have enough rest. The annoyed thing is that, some dormitory play musice very loudly so that the roomate can hardly to sleep in the evening. In the long run, it would be affect study efficiency. To make the matter worse, it not good for healthy.

All of that, many students want to live off compus with their friends as soon as possible, but I don't want to move out my dormitory, because I like my dormitory.

My Favorite Restaurant

There is little room for doubt that, everyday people should get energy from food. there are many kinds of food in the world, such as Chinese food, French food, to name but a few. But my favorite food is Chinese food. So, that is why I will choose my favorite restaurant is Everyday which is a cafeteria about Chinese food, in East Lansing.

The Everyday restaurant has many kinds of Chinese food and soup. For instance, there has GongBaoChicken, MaPoTouFu, and so on. if you eat buffet, you can take enough dishes whatever you like. The important thing is that, the price is reasonable, it suit for students to eat. The dishes taste good. If you want to order food, you can told the waiter, then they will give you the menu. Order food is better than buffet, because you have too many choose than buffet, and you can make demand according to you own taste. For example, I like spicy food, so I can ask waiter put more peppers into my dishes. noticeably, the price is not more expensive than buffet.

Every weekdays, I like eating in there with my friends, we were eating while talking about everything whatever we want. The interesting thing is that after eat meal, the restaurant will send snacks for each one, in each snacks have a paper which was wrote some interesting sentences, it describe philosophy of life.

Thus, I think the restaurant of everyday is my favorite. Maybe you can also go to try.

My First Month in East Lansing

When I walk out the Airport Hall, I found that the city is very quiet, the air is fresh, the sky is clear. the important thing is that there is not have many people on the street and there is not have a lot of tall buildings, most of the buildings are like villa, which is different from my hometown. But I think the environment is suit for living and studying.

In the frist week, I feeled lonely and stranger, but after that days, I meet many new friends, I remmber that I contact my first friend in Chicago airport, because our flight was canceled, we waited for the next flight together, we talk to each other, in the end ,we become friend. The other friends ,they are come from different places,but they are very friendly, we contact on compus, and we always hang out to buy life necessities on weekdays. we are familiar with compus environment and take part in school activities. After the first week, we all become friend and we help each other, I'm very happy to meet them.

From now on, I know more friends than the first week, and I'm used to the school of life, I'm no longer feeled lonely and stranger. Every day I should take class, sometimes I feeled tired, But when I'm free, I always ask my friends to take exercise,especially play tennis or play basketball. For me, I like this life, I think every day is substantial. I think tomorrow will be fine, I should be fighting every day.
